About the Role: Softlink Global is seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate to join our team as an Email Marketing and Customer Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to email marketing, customer outreach (via Social Media Platforms), and data search, its update, and management. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and gain experience in the fields of marketing.

The Opportunity: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and Content Strategist to promote Softlink Globals products and services. Conduct prospect/customer data searches to identify potential leads for the sales team. Update prospect/customer information in ZOHO CRM and ensure data accuracy. Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.

Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using email marketing platforms and CRM software (familiarity with ZOHO CRM a plus). Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data analytics tools. Bachelors degree in any discipline. (Required). A degree in Marketing, Logistics, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)

Great to Have: Knowledge of Netcore and other mass emailing tools. Refresher training will be provided on these tools. Knowledge of logistics, as candidates from a Logistics Institute will find it easier to understand the product.
