JDE SND – Payroll / Compensation / Benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources)
  
  

• Strong understanding of HR domain business processes and concepts
• Assist with the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks
• Gather employee records for payroll processing, including medical or legislative benefits
• Collect data and generate reports related to employee allowances
• Perform data entry, process payroll, verify timesheets, and handle payroll-related inquiries
• Support administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, tracking, and communication
• Ensure compliance with payroll/benefits regulations, including tax and social insurance requirements
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
• Identify and suggest solutions to HR/Payroll/Compensation-related issues
• Maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, with a willingness to learn Oracle HCM Cloud platform
• Prior experience with ERP systems or HR application software desirable
