Sr Product Specialist ISG

Job Summary

As a Sr Product Specialist in ISG you will leverage your expertise in .Net Azure DevOps SQL Server Management Studio and Duck Creek technologies to enhance our product offerings. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring statutory compliance and managing renewals changes and cancellations. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .Net Azure DevOps and SQL Server Management Studio to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Duck Creek technologies including Rating PolicyCenter and Manuscripts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements by implementing robust processes and controls.
• Manage the end-to-end process of renewals changes endorsements and cancellations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize GIT for version control and collaborate with team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Design and implement user interfaces using CSS XML XSLT and HTML to improve user experience.
• Provide technical expertise in Duck Creek Core Utilities and Database management to optimize system performance.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.
• Communicate effectively in English to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
  
  

• Possess a strong background in .Net Azure DevOps and SQL Server Management Studio with at least 6 years of experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Duck Creek technologies including Rating PolicyCenter and Manuscripts.
• Exhibit expertise in statutory compliance audit processes and managing renewals changes and cancellations.
• Have experience with GIT CSS XML XSLT and HTML for software development and user interface design.
• Show proficiency in English language skills including reading writing and speaking.
• Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
