Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive in the dynamic world of events, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality events that meet client expectations. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strong relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Your passion for customer service and event management will drive client satisfaction and help foster long-term partnerships with clients, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event process.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into creative event solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event services.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on event progress.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and the company’s event team.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all event deliverables are aligned with client requirements and budgets.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather client feedback for future improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of event proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and agreements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, preferably in the events industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle client queries and event issues effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for events.
