Job Description

• Works within the Project Management team as a leader, managing project management professionals within larger teams and delivering successful solutions for clients.
• Support the management direction and leadership of the Post Management stream and are accountable for key account management and other business development related activity.
• Will be a part of the Senior Management team (SMT) for the region
• Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives
• Lead the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• Plan for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
• Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
• Ensure the business unit achieves/betters its budget turnover/profit for the financial year by agreed Net Margin
• Support in achieving target profit margin for the office
• To support in achieving target gross margin of for office
• Contribute to the development and regular updating of an integrated marketing strategy for the division
• Promote the T&T Brand in the India marketplace
  
  

Qualifications

• Education - Engineering Diploma / B.E /B. Tech /B. Arch - construction, project management, engineering, surveying, and architecture
• Post Graduate Qualification in Project Management or equivalent knowledge and experience
• 15 or more years’ of work experience with demonstrated career growth graph
