Role Purpose

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe AEM Full Stack Senior lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM architecture, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to drive strategic development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7+years of experience in AEM development and architecture, including a deep understanding of Adobe AEM architecture with overall 15+ years of IT experience.
• Skills:

• • Proficiency in Java, AEM, CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, Analytics, and Social Collaboration.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, Restful WS is a must
  • Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex environments.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in AEM, ITIL, LMS are preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to innovate and drive strategic initiatives.
