We are looking to hire a Trade Marketing Executive based in Kolkata RO who has 2+ years of experience in trade marketing function in FMCG.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to align on category priorities, monitor daily performance, and support the monthly planning process. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and forecasting.
Communicate to all KAEs on any marketing/trade marketing initiatives to ensure smooth operation during implementation.
Work closely with KAEs, merchandising and manning team to improve demand generation and demand capture execution across channels. Work together with team member on POSM development and implementation.
Troubleshooting on any gaps in previous MOCs and suggest corrective actions across clusters.
Spearhead the stock planning process to ascertain availability of SKUs across depots in branch.
Single Point of Contact to liaison with sales, supply chain, finance and operation for smooth functioning of sales cycle each month.
Key Technical Skills: MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI

Deep understanding of social customer buying journeys & filtering all business decisions through the eyes of our customer
