Your Tasks

• The primary role of a sampler is to collect samples of products, materials, or substances according to specific guidelines and standards. This may involve traveling to different locations, such as factories, farms, or environmental sites, to obtain samples for testing and analysis.
• Responsible for ensuring that the samples collected are representative of the larger population and are obtained in a manner that preserves their integrity and quality. This might involve following strict protocols and adhering to safety procedures to prevent contamination or degradation of the samples.
• Adhering to Standards: Responsible for following industry standards and guidelines when collecting and analyzing samples. This includes maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and ensuring that all sampling activities are conducted in a safe and ethical manner.
• Maintaining Equipment: Responsible for ensuring that all sampling equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. This may involve routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure that all tools are in good order.
• Communication: Responsible for effectively communicating with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders regarding sampling activities and results. This could involve discussing sampling procedures, presenting findings, and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
• Records and dispatching: Responsible for ensuring accurate data entry of sample information in appropriate records and dispatching samples to laboratory as per set guidelines.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline
• Relevant experience or knowledge in food sample collection
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines
• Result and service orientation and good communication skills
