Job Description

The Operations Executive is central to ensuring that a company's operations run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to streamline operations and enhance communication.
  • Prepare and present operational progress reports to senior management regularly.

  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
  • Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies for risk management and operational continuity.
  • Identify emerging market trends and assess their implications for company operations.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in operational processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operational management roles or similar positions.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent understanding of business functions including finance, HR, and supply chain.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights for the business.
  • Strong communication skills necessary for coordinating with multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in using various office software and management systems effectively.
