As a Students Admissions Representative, you will be a vital part of our educational institution, acting as the bridge between prospective students and our school. Your primary mission is to guide potential students through the admissions process, provide detailed information about courses offered, and ensure a smooth transition from applicant to enrollee. You will engage with a diverse group of students, understanding their academic goals, and offering personalized advice to match their needs with our academic programs. Your role involves significant interaction, requiring excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for education. Through your efforts, you will help shape the future educational journeys of students from around the world.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive information about admission procedures and available academic programs.
  • Assist prospective students in completing application forms and necessary documentation.
  • Conduct informational sessions and campus tours to attract new applicants.
  • Evaluate and process student applications with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate course advising for new students.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential students to achieve enrollment targets consistently.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage student applications and interactions.
  • Attend recruitment events, fairs, and conferences to promote our institution effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors and community organizations.
  • Provide regular reports on enrollment trends and admission statistics to management.
  • Offer continuous support and follow-up to applicants during the admission process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant admissions and institutional policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in student recruitment or admissions is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for data management.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events and meet potential students.
