Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans according to engineering specifications using CAD software.
• Review rough sketches and drawings for accuracy and completeness before final design.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field required.
• Proven experience as a Civil Draftsman or in a similar drafting role is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Strong understanding of drafting and engineering principles, along with mathematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise drawings quickly.
• Familiarity with local building codes and construction safety regulations is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with engineers and project stakeholders.
