Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires.
Assist in maintaining employee records, files, and HR databases.
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Help prepare HR reports, letters, and presentations when required.
Coordinate with vendors/consultants for recruitment or admin requirements.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and provide quick resolutions to HR-related queries.
