Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. You will engage in resolving client issues and ensuring system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead team meetings to discuss strategies and goals - Analyze system performance and recommend improvements - Develop and implement best practices for system maintenance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool - Strong understanding of data governance principles - Experience in data quality management - Knowledge of SAP ERP systems - Hands-on experience in system troubleshooting and issue resolution Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
