SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant to support our ongoing warehouse management and logistics transformation projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in both the technical (ABAP/UI5, Enhancements, RF screens) and functional (inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes) aspects of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

• Lead and support SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and customization activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom objects using ABAP and enhancements within the EWM scope.
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other third-party systems.
• Design and support RF screens and mobile solutions for warehouse operations.
• Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
• Support go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, MM, SD, PP) and key business stakeholders.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP with at least 5+ years in SAP EWM (embedded or decentralized).
• Strong hands-on expertise in EWM functional areas: inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, staging, packing, HU management, physical inventory.
• Proficient in technical development within EWM using ABAP, User Exits, BADI, BAPI, Enhancements, and RF Frameworks.
• Experience in integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Exposure to SAP TM, SAP Fiori, or UI5 applications.
• Previous experience in S/4HANA EWM implementation.
• Experience working in agile / hybrid project environments.
