Job Purpose
The job aligns to Haleon’s objective to provide Everyday health with humanity.
The Key Account Manager role will be responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic relationship management with key modern trade accounts in the region. This role would directly report to the National Key Accounts Manager North & South and would support managing key national accounts through Joint business planning & strategic partnerships to deliver top line and operational KPIs. The role shall also support in planning that entails the forecasting of business based on relevant KPIs growth for the geography under management.
Key Responsibilities
The role has the following key deliverables:
- Deliver the key Sales objectives in their Areas/Region ie. Sales growth, Sales targets, OTIF, Market shares and MT Score-carding parameters (MSL, Chill Tests, Focus Sku sales)
- Strategize the regional/area level planning for their geography with NAM’s, MT Ops Manager and CMT Manager at Monthly level.
- Manage the regional/Area level relationships with Regional Managers of Top Accounts with high focus on Monthly/ Quarterly level planning.
- Manage the Direct head count team of ASE MT/KDE MT’s and the indirect team of Outsourced AM/TL/Merchandisers and Promoters in their region/Areas.
- Demonstrate high level of Matrix working in the region and work closely with other verticals of the regional team. Ie. GT, Expert, Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Dcom.
- Drive all SOPs of MT in the area and ensue 100% compliance to Haleon Ways of Working.
Breadth/Scope of Accountability
Number of Direct Reports : 2-3
Number of Indirect Reports : 8-10 including AM’s and TL’s on Service provider Rolls
Knowledge/Education Required
MBA – General Management / Business Management, .
Area of Specialization
Marketing, Sales

Previous Experience Required
5+ Years of Managerial experience as ASM- GT, KAM or Dcom Manager.
