Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain and update HR databases and records
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and engagement activities

Requirements

• Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities

Stipend & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 (Paid)
