Qualifications:BE/Diploma

• Required Skill:Programming knowledge on FLS ECS/ABB DCS with unitypro software. Maintenance and troubleshooting of weighing systems, AC drives, DC drive, Gas Analysers, hydraulic system and ESPs, Profibus network.
• SAP PM Module
• Shutdown management system
• Pollution control boards norms
• Desirable Skills: Programming knowledge on FLS ECS with UnityPro software.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of weighing systems, AC drives, DC drive, Gas Analysers and ESPs, Profibus network.
• RSO Certification from AERB
• XRF/XRD/CBA/cems/machines maintenance and troubleshooting
• AAQMS System maintenance and troubleshooting
  
  

• FLE-PLC/DCS/QC Lab & Utilities (Telephone Exchange/Sound System/Fire alarms/Access control) & Maintenance planning and ensure 100% availability of PLC systems and utility systems in instrument department.
• Upkeeping all main and sub systems backups and able install any version of server and client systems. Identification of critical spares for PLC/DCS/Cems/Kiln & cooler CCTV/Installed printers in CCR and utility systems maintain the same.
• Maintenance and calibration of pollution monitoring equipments as per pollution control board norms.
• Troubleshooting and calibration of weighing systems, analyzers, Shell scanner, hydraulic systems and field instruments.
• Co-ordination with proper departments, for smooth completion of capex job and shutdown jobs.
• Preparation and review of SWP/HIRA and ensuring permits available with workmen before starting any job.
• Completion of PM activities as per the schedule and reporting all maintenance activities in SAP and confluence software.
• Programming skills and troubleshooting skills needed in FLS ECS/ABB DCS/Siemens PLC-whenever required, troubleshooting of OFC, profibus and PLC hardware network. Robolab, XRF, XRD, AAQMS, UPS systems & environment systems.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting skills in AC, DC drives, weighing systems, all sub systems, and EPS & point 8 mentioned systems.
• Supporting GRT team for implementation of WCM framework at site as per GRT leader instructions.
