Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical projects or program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, the Product Life Cycle processes, bug triage, setting technical goals and resolving technical trade-offs between teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple technical programs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce documents that communicate strategy, planning, risks, program dependencies, and roll-out planning to audiences across levels.

Responsibilities
- Manage a program portfolio in an fluid environment.
- Work cross-functionally with a geographically distributed team to understand, implement and deploy ordering platform solutions.
- Establish an operations measurement framework for data quality and governance and develop and execute a strategy.
- Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
- Support the team with all required elements of project planning and delivery, using your knowledge of project methodologies including tools and techniques. Design and deliver improved program communication plans including executive and stakeholder communications.
