Technical Lead (C#FlaUI Automation)

Job Description

• Principal Accountabilities
• Responsible for complete product verification & validation cycle involves technical reviews of test artifacts, customer communication and status reporting to various stakeholders, smooth delivery execution within budget & within timeline.
• Review and explore automation of majority of the manual testing
• Responsible for timely identification and mitigation of technical and non-technical risks and help the team to remove impediments
• Evaluate new tools & technologies for optimized performance, cost optimization, Infra-security.
• Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.
• Client management through regular review calls & status reporting, project management with CMMi level III guidelines.
  
  

• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s)
• Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager
• Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
• Accountable for results of a small team
• Exercises limited management authority; sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions
• Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline

• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Hands-on experience in developing automation scripts for Desktop, Web and Mobile Applications
• Knowledge with automation tools such Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD tools,
• Working knowledge of Git, JIRA.
• Working knowledge of defect management tool /CVS
• Need to demonstrate – Quality, Initiative, Quantity, Dependability and Teamwork
