Sector IT Asst Analyst

Overview

As part of ongoing digital transformation, there is a growing need for junior talent to strengthen sustain & operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting integration workflows, while building capabilities in Java, API management, and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

Main Accountabilities / Deliverables:

• Monitor and support application interfaces, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting Java and Spring Boot applications under senior guidance.
• Support API testing, validation, and integration activities.
• Participate in production migrations, patch updates, and sustain activities.
• Document recurring issues, fixes, and standard operating procedures for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to learn and adopt best practices in sustain & operations.
  
  

• Works with senior IT analysts, developers, and business teams to resolve incidents.
• Coordinates with integration teams and infrastructure teams for fixes and migrations.
• Provides status updates to stakeholders on operational issues.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• understanding on ITSM, Java production support, SLA Governance, Reporting & Service Delivery
• Expereience 1-3 Years
