Job Description

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of maximizing our retail sales by understanding and meeting our customers' needs. Your primary role will involve promoting and selling products to new and existing customers, maintaining a high level of customer service, and working diligently to meet sales targets. You will play a significant role in building strong client relationships, developing new sales opportunities, and executing marketing strategies. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have an enthusiastic approach towards sales. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers to boost retail sales effectively.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers using CRM tools.
  • Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide professional advice and information to customers on product offerings.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close sales with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for promoting new products.
  • Ensure products are accurately stocked and properly displayed to attract customers.
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify new sales opportunities regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports to forecast and determine sales operations efficiency.
  • Conduct sales transactions with precision and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in retail sales or a similar role required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
