Node JS Developer

Job Title: Node.js Developer (React/MSSQL/Cloud)

We are seeking a talented Node.js Developer with strong expertise in Koa and Sequelize (ORM with TypeScript), who is passionate about building scalable web applications and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work across backend and frontend development, integrating APIs, and contributing to cloud-native solutions in a dynamic Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using React, Node.js, Koa, Sequelize, and MSSQL.
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with external SaaS platforms via SOAP and REST.
• Implement real-time communication with WebSockets and asynchronous interactions using AJAX.
• Create prototype UIs to validate concepts and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality features.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure performance, security, and code reliability.
• Contribute to cloud-native, stateless applications following modern DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of professional experience as a Node.js Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Koa and Sequelize (must-have).
• Solid knowledge of React and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AJAX, and object-oriented JavaScript (including SVG).
• Familiarity with additional frameworks such as Angular, Polymer, or Closure (nice to have).
• Strong understanding of web stack fundamentals, including protocols, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience in cloud architectures, stateless application design, and DevOps techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.
