Digital Supply Chain Value Team in partnership with enterprise stakeholders is embarked on a digitally enabled end-to-end supply chain that gets medicines and vaccines to patients and customers faster and optimizes product flow for patient and enterprise metrics. The Enterprise Orchestration team has established a cutting-edge platform powered with advanced technologies that will optimize supply chain design, establish digital Integrated Business Planning, SKU portfolio management and supply chain analytics / performance management. We are seeking those who have a passion for using data, analytics, and insights to drive decision making, that will allow us to tackle some of the world’s greatest health threats.

As a Digital Supply Chain Data/Software Engineer, you will work as a member of the Digital Manufacturing Division team in our global IT hub in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems related to manufacturing and supply chain by You will collaborate with business stakeholders and determine analytical capabilities that will enable the creation of Insights-focused solutions that align to business needs and ensure that delivery of these solutions meet quality requirements. You will receive training to achieve this, and you’ll be amazed at the diversity of opportunities to develop your potential and grow professionally. We are seeking candidates with experience in hands-on experience in Data Science (building end-to-end ML models) and has hands-on software experience on building Gen AI based applications and systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive product design and ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, ensuring user-centric solutions
• Effectively communicate progress, challenges, learning and success stories to key stakeholders
• Lead creation of comprehensive playbook and training material to standardize and share SOPs with product development and other analytics teams
• Selects analytical techniques and model methods best to solve business problems
• Enables delivery of data-analytics & Gen AI projects. Have deep knowledge of the companys supported technology; understand the whole complexity/dependencies between multiple teams, platforms (people, technologies)
• Communicates intensively with other platform/competencies to comprehend new trends and methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystem
• Understands the customer/stakeholders business needs/priorities and helps build solutions that support our business goals
• Participates in “community of practice” leveraging experience from delivering complex analytics projects.
• Designs machine learning systems and software to automate predictive model
• Transforms data science prototypes and applying appropriate ML algorithms and tools
• Develops ML algorithms to analyze large volumes of historical data to make predictions
• Establishes and manages the close relationship with customers/stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

Education & Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in Engineering or related field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, etc.) with at least 3+ years relevant experience
  
  

Skillset

Candidates must have -

• Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, Agile methodologies and backlog management, ensuring iterative and incremental product improvements
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, business analysis and quantitative skills
• Strong foundations of statistics and machine learning
• Expertise in developing scalable, secure, and modular product architectures utilizing concepts of Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering etc,
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience in Software Development and Engineering, and Analytics Delivery
• Design Applications using AWS / GCP / Azure - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a must. Experience with APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices is a plus
• Data Engineering - Proficiency in designing & implementing data structure, pipeline & architecture
