What You Will Be Responsible For
As Associate you will
Maintain operational accuracy & timeliness in PCF creation, Baskets, Corporate Action processing & UCF dissemination, ensure effective reviews and checks are performed before final delivery.
Processing of Corporate Action on model ETF portfolios of optimized & replicated ETFs using Bloomberg and watchlist data from Index providers i.e., S&P, MSCI, FTSE, NASDAQ, Solactive, etc. & ensure these hit client Indexes.
Ensuring effective communication & Inquiry management with client/authorized participants
Ensuring accurate forecasting of basket and coordination with other Internal stakeholders.
Reference data update for new funds, AP, client, fees, & reports, etc.
Perform periodic reconciliation to ensure accuracy of factor rates, variable fees, fixed fees & slippages fees.
Ensure timely update of process documents, job aids, procedures & cross trainings.
Follows organizational risk culture & drives control effectiveness.
Identify & lead process improvement & efficiency projects within the team.
What We Value
Prior experience in Trades settlement, corporate action or Fund Accounting preferred.
Knowledge of ETF products & Basket creations is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in night shift.
Excellent in verbal & written communication skills and excel skills.
Candidate should possess analytical skills & logical reasoning to resolve issues.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Novice to Competent with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Technical or related field preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills
Deadline and detail oriented
Additional Requirements
Experience into Fund Accounting or NAV in ETF/MF/Hedge Funds, Or
Experience into Corporate Action processing, Trade Operations, Or
Relevant experience into Investment Operations with a reputed global firm
