We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager to take ownership of our key events from concept to conclusion. This isnt just about logistics; its about strategy, revenue generation, and creating experiences that people talk about for years. You will be the driving force behind securing sponsorships, negotiating with top-tier venues, and leading a team to deliver excellence.

What You’ll Do: Your Stage to Shine

• Sponsorship & Partnership Development: Spearhead the end-to-end sponsorship sales cycle. Identify, pitch, and close deals with leading brands, exceeding revenue targets and building lasting partnerships.
• End-to-End Event Management: Own the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept and budget creation to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
• Venue & Vendor Negotiation: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with premier venues, A/V providers, caterers, and other key vendors to ensure maximum value and a seamless experience.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of event coordinators and volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Tech & AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge event management software, CRM platforms, and AI-powered tools to enhance attendee engagement, personalize experiences, and deliver powerful data-driven insights.
• Logistics & Operations: Meticulously plan and oversee all event logistics, including registration, travel, scheduling, on-site branding, and attendee flow.
• Travel & Representation: Serve as a key ambassador for our brand at national and international events, conferences, and site visits.

• Tech-Forward: You’re not just comfortable with technology; you’re excited by it. You have experience with modern event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Hopin), CRM software, and understand how AI can be a game-changer in the events industry.
• A Natural Leader: You inspire action and lead by example. You have a demonstrated ability to manage a team and guide them toward a common goal.
• Results-Driven & Proactive: You are a self-starter who doesnt want to be told what to do. You are motivated by hitting targets, whether its a sponsorship goal or a flawless event execution.
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in event management, with a strong portfolio of successful events and a track record in securing sponsorships.
• Ready for Adventure: You have a valid passport and are enthusiastic about traveling nationally and internationally (up to 30% of the time).
