The role involves effective planning, coordination with clients, designers, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction while managing budgets and resources efficiently.
Skills & Competencies
Strong project planning, execution, and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of AutoCAD / 2D drawings (preferred)
