We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Transition lead to join our team in India. This role is critical in driving successful transitions of business processes and technical projects across our global operations, with a focus on India, the Philippines, and the US. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing complex global transitions.

Position Responsibilities

  • Engage with business leads to independently drive new business workshops to gain process understanding and associated risks
  • Coordinate and partner with multiple stakeholders, including operations leadership, throughout the transition process
  • Work with multiple domains experts and create insights for leadership approvals
  • Independently analyze workflows, engage the right teams for analysis, and create meaningful insight
  • Assess the technical scope of work/projects, including application development, data analytics, and engineering, for creating the right operating model and assessing workflow maturity
  • Perform excellent Gap analysis for new projects and create strategies for efficient transitions considering limited resources
  • Independently present insights and have executive-level conversations with leaders, including Directors
  • Proactively evaluate the risks associated with transitions and create comprehensive plans while gaining confidence from all working partners
  • Be highly motivated in using automation and the use of AI/ML tools (like Gemini) in day-to-day work and be proactive in suggesting process improvements
  • Be an expert in managing global transitions and aware of cultural differences while engaging with stakeholders across the globe

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall work experience in IT service/consulting or data-intensive Industries: Industries like finance, healthcare, e-commerce, and telecommunications
  • 8+ years of experience in managing Mobilization & Transitions
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation: Effectively engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including SMEs and leadership, and skillfully facilitating workshops
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Analyzing complex processes, generating strategic insights, and aligning transition plans with organizational goals
  • Effective Communication: Clearly and confidently communicating with various audiences, including executive presentations and high-level discussions
  • Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, and effectively resolving issues during transitions
  • Project Management & Business Acumen: Planning, organizing, and executing transition projects efficiently with a strong understanding of business context
  • Technical Proficiency & Innovation: Understanding technical aspects of projects and promoting process improvements through automation and AI/ML awareness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past experience with process mapping and re-engineering techniques
  • Project management (Agile and Scrum methodologies, PMP, PRINCE2), or transition management frameworks (ITIL, PMI-RMP)
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (Looker Studio, Google analytics)
  • Understanding of basic technical concepts related to software development and data engineering
  • Experience in assessing technical project scope, including application development and data initiatives
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Google AI Studio, NotebookLM) and experience leveraging AI/ML for process improvement
