You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, fostering a trusted advisor relationship with clients and ensuring successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
