Role Overview

You will bridge AI research with real-world applications, applying advanced techniques to solve practical business challenges. Your work will involve leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models), developing agent-based systems, and building AI-powered automation tools to drive efficiency and innovation. A key focus will be on Agentic AI, where you will identify use cases and design autonomous AI agents capable of executing tasks, optimizing workflows, and creating measurable impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver intelligent AI solutions that transform eCommerce, marketing, and operations, while also enhancing customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance team efficiency by identifying and implementing AI tools and techniques to expedite coding and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Design and deploy RAG pipelines and AI-driven automation systems to optimize business operations and improve customer experiences.
  • Explore and apply Agentic AI, identifying practical use cases and building autonomous AI agents to deliver measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities that align with business goals and operational needs.
  • Translate business workflows and challenges into AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Develop and refine AI-powered chatbots, recommendation systems, and personalization engines to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI with proven ability to apply them in real-world use cases.
  • Experience in building AI-powered applications such as chatbots, recommendation systems, or personalization engines.
  • Ability to evaluate and integrate automation tools to improve internal team efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working closely with cross-functional teams (tech, product, operations, and marketing).
  • Experience in eCommerce AI solutions (recommendation engines, personalization, customer support chatbots).
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain AI concepts, trade-offs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a forward-looking approach to continuously explore emerging AI trends and tools for business impact.
