Job Description

The Field Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in boosting brand awareness and driving customer engagement at the grassroots level. This role demands a high degree of creativity, strategic planning, and adaptability to execute various marketing campaigns successfully. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design and implement field marketing plans. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend events and meet stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
