Job Description

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our customer service department. Your responsibilities will center around maintaining the highest quality of service our clients expect, by acting as a liaison between customers and our team. You will not only manage various customer service tasks but also provide aid in the coordination of service schedules and resource deployment. Your analytical skills will help in assessing and improving procedures, thereby enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently and correctly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service reports for future reference.
  • Monitor customer feedback and utilize insights to improve service strategies.
  • Train and support junior staff in customer service protocols and processes.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce department policies to enhance service delivery.
  • Schedule and manage service and resource requirements for various customer requests.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and the technical team for resolution of issues.
  • Analyze service delivery statistics and prepare reports to management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in all customer interactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and oversee solutions to customer problems and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Coordinator or in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools beneficial.
  • A problem-solving attitude with an ability to deal with difficult situations.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
