Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in customer relationship management roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
