Job Description

The role of Sales & Marketing Executive is pivotal for our company's growth and outreach strategy. As a dynamic and results-driven individual, the Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with both clients and partners. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with product offerings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Organize events, trade shows, and product exhibitions to enhance market penetration.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and track sales activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of impactful promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations to internal teams and clients regarding progress and new initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and maintain competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities and present insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in sales and marketing roles with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles along with digital marketing experience.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
