Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance system functionality and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and industry standards, while also mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development in the field. Roles & Responsibilities: -Expertise in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage -Expertise in proposal to deliver proposal or solution in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of best practices. - Monitor project progress and provide guidance to ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle. - Experience with system integration and configuration management. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
