The Sales Manager B2B will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, driving the growth and expansion of our business-to-business (B2B) operations. This role involves not only leading a team of sales professionals but also actively engaging with large-scale businesses to identify opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation. As a Sales Manager, you will craft and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that our B2B clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Responsibilities

  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to the sales team to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage a successful sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track sales and client interactions.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the capability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
