Program planner for selected high value Regional Cycle Plan projects that will deliver Parts Sales Growth, Higher Revenues, Material Cost Savings, Warranty Savings and a Lower Cost of Ownership experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional teams to insure successful on-time new, reman, alternative specification, material cost and warranty product launches including:
  • Developing and maintaining Master Parts Application Charts, Project timing GANTT charts and Project Work Plans
  • Monitoring core requirements and available and defining new core opportunities
  • Ensuring all Engineering, Purchasing, Supplier, Marketing, Packaging, Cataloging, Pricing and STA requirements are met
  • Identifying incremental part sales opportunities by reviewing core and component inventories for each Cycle Plan project
  • Track Cycle Plan projects in SharePoint, keep comments and timing plans updated, as needed
  • Support Supply teams with backorders, scrap sales objectives, growth and strategies, as needed
  • Develop forecast models for all full assembly part numbers on the cycle plan to help determine launch timing
  • Manage sell down of new product in the depot system to identify remanufactured product launch timing
  • Support Marketing with the creation of business cases and strategies, as requested
  • Act as a SharePoint Administrator for Planning site (Business office respossibility)
  • Manage Cycle Plan changes and formatting
  • Control Site Security
  • Perform annual maintenance requirements
  • Develop tools and processes to enhance project performance and across the region
  • Achieve all of the above while working with Asia Pacific markets and Joint Venture partners
  • Responsible for performance of assigned commodities for the following:
  • Analyze parts performance data, dealer performance data and prepare status reports
  • Identify areas of growth opportunity
  • Work closely with the IMG markets and develop action plan
  • Implement action plan and track performance, report out on continuous basis
  • Collaborate working between engineering & planning teams towards product actions
  • Work closely with cross functional teams Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management, Sales Team, Supply chain teams for pricing, inventory, demand generation and competion details
  • Coordinate with analytics skill teams for data wrangling, quality and accuracy
  • Develop tools and processes to enhance project performance across the region
  • Consolidate and develop weekly and monthly report outs to management.


Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical / Automobile

7+ years of relevant experience
