Job Description

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: BE Mechanical / Automobile, • Lean / Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant preferred).


Roles & Responsibilities:

The Lean Agile Coach / Engineer will support scaled agile transformation across indirect R&D functions [TRATON] by coaching teams, facilitating Lean-Agile practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to work in a matrix organization.


Key Responsibilities:

• Train and coach teams in Lean-Agile principles, enabling independent application of methods.

• Facilitate Lean-Agile practices across cross-functional R&D teams.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Lean principles and tailor methods to departmental needs.

• Coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Triads, and leadership on SAFe implementation and maturity.

• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, including Kaizen events and waste elimination using Lean tools.

• Support Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, retrospectives, and syncs to ensure SAFe alignment.

• Develop and maintain Agile metrics dashboards and knowledge repositories using Jira and Confluence.

• Conduct workshops and promote a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous learning.


Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in Agile Framework implementation and Lean process deployment.

• Practical application of Lean principles, Agile frameworks, and change management.

• SAFe / Agile certifications are a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Mural / Whiteboard, MS Office.
