In this role, youll be crucial in ensuring our customers IT environments meet their every business need. You wont just offer support; youll orchestrate system setup and installation, ensuring all components are working appropriately. When issues arise, youll be there, ready to troubleshoot and resolve them with a swift and expert hand.

You will be the catalyst for improved business performance – diagnosing issues and offering technical solutions. Youll be the one responding to tickets, meeting SLAs with a sense of urgency, and ensuring systems are patched and compliant. Your expertise will reshape business processes and operations, introducing best practices that elevate our customers to new heights.

Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills And Experience

  • Require 15+ years of experience providing IT support.
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in the IBM P & C PART technology.
  • Developing core modules in PHP to manage large-scale reporting pipelines and data workflows Experience in Performance Analysis and Reporting Tool (IBM PART)- web based analysis tool for application and infrastructure Performance and Capacity monitoring (Data visualization)
  • Strong experience with LAMP stack - Linux OS, Shell scripting, Apache HTTP Server, MySQL database (optimization, stored procedures, tuning), PHP (server-side development, backend logic)
  • Proficiency in ETL scripting and automation using Python, PHP, and Perl.
  • Experience in production support, issue resolution, and deployment strategies
  • Exposure to incident management tools like Maximo Hands-on experience with GitLab: code versioning.
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
