We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager – Data Analytics to guide our data-driven transformation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the analytics strategy, lead a skilled team, and work with advanced tools like Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Synapse. Manage comprehensive analytics strategies and digital transformation efforts

As Manager – Data Analytics, you will manage the development and execution of our data analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. You’ll manage a team of data professionals and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights. Your role will be central to integrating ERP/MES systems, promoting self-service analytics, and ensuring data quality and governance across platforms.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Develop and implement a robust data analytics strategy aligned with business needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI
  • Oversee ETL processes and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to support data architecture and analytics

You will report to the Chief Enterprise Architect and work closely with global teams. This role is based in Chennai (G3C) and may involve occasional international travel for training.

Strategic thinker with data leadership

We are looking for a structured, methodical, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You are a communicator, commit to your work, and enjoy mentoring others. Your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will be key to meeting organizational goals.

You also have:

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development
  • 4+ years of experience in team leadership and technical management
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark/PySpark
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, storage solutions, and governance practices

Preferred: Experience in manufacturing and real-time data streaming.
