DevOps Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in

product startup environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud

infrastructure, containerization, and automation technologies with a proven track

record of scaling systems in fast-paced startup environments.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience specifically in product and/or startup environments
• Proven experience building and scaling infrastructure from ground up
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced development cycles
• Must-Have Technical Skills
• Cloud & Infrastructure
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS
• Kubernetes: Expertise in managing 10+ microservices clusters in production
• Helm: Proficient in Kubernetes package management and deployments
• Terraform: Strong experience in infrastructure as code and automation
• Networking: Solid understanding of network concepts, protocols, and implementation
  
  

• Linux: Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems administration
• OS Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of CPU scheduling and memory management
• Programming: Intermediate level skills in Python OR Go-lang with production experience
• Shell Scripting: Advanced scripting capabilities for automation
• Data Structures: Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
  
  

• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience designing and implementing continuous integration/deployment
• Docker: Proficient in containerization and writing Dockerfiles
• Database Administration: Experience with database management and operations
• Production Experience: Proven track record managing live production systems
• SaaS Applications: Experience handling distributed SaaS environments
  
  

• Prometheus & Grafana: Hands-on experience with setup, configuration, and usage
• Experience monitoring microservices and distributed systems
  
  

• CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Service Mesh: Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, etc.)
• MongoDB: Knowledge and operational experience
• Ansible: Configuration management experience
