Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 6+ years of proven expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development. The Senior SDR will play a pivotal role in identifying target accounts, engaging with decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This position demands a strong mix of strategic outbound execution, process ownership, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, bidding platforms) to engage decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with Ideal Client Profiles (ICP).
  • Meeting Generation: Consistently schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • Proposal & Messaging: Tailor outreach campaigns, write compelling proposals, and adjust messaging based on market feedback.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data and activities in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Process Optimization: Drive improvements in cadence design, outreach personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Mentorship: Coach and support junior SDRs to improve productivity, messaging quality, and qualification skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align campaigns with market positioning.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years in SDR/BDR roles, preferably within IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting.
  • Track Record: Consistent success in lead generation and meeting quota targets.
  • Skills:
  • Expert in outbound sales tactics and cold outreach
  • Strong proposal writing and business communication
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Mindset: Self-starter, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

KPIs & Targets

  • Qualified Leads Generated: Minimum 40–50 qualified leads per month.
  • Conversion Ratio: At least 20–25% of leads progressing to proposal/demo stage.
  • Revenue Contribution: Expected to contribute $250K+ annual pipeline opportunities.
  • Response SLA: All inbound and warm leads responded to within 24 hours.
  • CRM Hygiene: 100% accuracy in updating lead status, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Outreach Activity: Minimum 120 – 150 targeted outreach attempts per week (emails, LinkedIn connects, calls).
