Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts
- Understand client needs and objectives; provide tailored solutions
- Manage day-to-day client communications and resolve issues promptly
- Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services according to client specifications
