You’ll make a difference by:

• Manage helpdesk related queries
• Comprise yourself with recent policy changes and any updates within the organization
• Process the assigned cases within the defined SLAs
• Supporting AskHR team as a front face in handling Siemens queries on policies and procedures
• Going the extra mile to achieve first time resolution ensuring employees have an exceptional customer service
  
  

Your success is grounded in

• 2yrs – 4yrs of experience into ASK HR.
• Work experience on tools such as Workday and Service now tools to guide employees with their queries Have a proactive approach in resolving employee queries
• Ensure the user experience is enhanced
