Required Skills And Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Java development, with proficiency in JDK 1.8+ and Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
• Deep understanding of OOP concepts, design principles, and practical implementation of design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with serialization/deserialization, exception handling, and immutability concepts.
• Expertise in Java core features like Enums, Annotations, Generics, and Autoboxing.
• Proficiency in multithreading, Java concurrency, and garbage collection concepts.
• Experience working with relational databases and crafting SQL queries (Joins, Group By, Aggregate Functions).
• Hands-on experience with at least one NoSQL database (e.g., Cassandra, Couchbase, or Hadoop).
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with JMS.
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control systems (Git/SVN).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with global teams.
  
  

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications using JDK 1.8+ and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance microservices architectures with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and implement design patterns to solve business challenges.
• Design and develop RESTful web services and ensure seamless integration with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project requirements, timelines, and goals.
• Implement and manage multithreading, concurrency, and memory management concepts for optimal application performance.
• Work with relational databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Cassandra, Couchbase, Hadoop), optimizing queries and data handling.
• Write comprehensive unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or Powermock frameworks, ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Utilize build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems such as Git/SVN for efficient software development.
• Employ advanced logging frameworks like SLF4J, LogBack, or Log4j for debugging and monitoring.
• Advocate for and apply test-driven development (TDD) and Agile methodologies in your work.
