Job Description

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly reliable and scalable systems. They should be experienced in ensuring production readiness, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting.

We Are Looking For a Seasoned Professional Who Will

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Lead software development efforts using Java with Spring / Spring Boot
• Manage Linux environments, ensuring stability, performance, and uptime
• Carry out performance engineering and tuning at scale
• Enforce SRE & DevOps best practices for production readiness
• Design and optimize relational database queries and structures for performance
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot microservice-based distributed systems with REST APIs
• Use Docker & Kubernetes for containerization & orchestration workflows
• Monitor, alert, and handle incident response for high-visibility production systems
• Coordinate with frontend teams for debugging, when necessary
• Communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing
  
  

• Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (Datadog, Opsgenie, Splunk, Kibana)
• Exposure to cloud/infrastructure tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Tomcat
• Familiarity with version control & collaboration tools: Git, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Knowledge of messaging & caching systems: Redis, RabbitMQ
• Additional programming skills: Python, JavaScript/React
