At Amazon we are building an excellent last mile operation in India, significantly complimented by Amazon Flex. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors (IC) – called delivery partners (DP) – to make deliveries to our customers. The role of senior marketing manager, Amazon Flex is to build this network of delivery partners via offline channels who deliver at our stations, thereby fulfilling customer promises. In this role, you will run campaigns and work with agencies to onboard delivery partners using their 2W/3W and EVs. You will get to work with WW stakeholders on marketing interventions and with local players on fulfilling capacity.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and execute BTL/offline marketing campaigns for sourcing leads for the flex channel in IN
Invent cost efficient ways of running campaigns and onboarding DPs
Responsible for Planning calendar for offline activities by coordinating with agencies and Account development executives (ADEs)
Manage the overall referral and influencer program by coordinating with 3P and ADEs
Managing a team of ADEs who will execute and monitor activities on a daily basis
Hire, manage and coordinate with local agencies to set expectations and track performance
While you strategize and invent, you won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to work on ground to execute DP recruitment drives
Maintain and refine scalable, comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns
Earn trust from internal and external partners, manage multiple projects, and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience communicating results to stakeholders
Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
