Job Summary

  • Manage projects with strong technical and data driven components

  • Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing and deploying large scale projects.

  • Define & implement resourcing strategy, involve in hiring of right talent.
  • Developing and executing long term strategy and implementation plan for scaling the business
  • Understanding the requirements from leadership and transforming into executable implementation plan
  • Should be able to drive, mentor and guide team larger team, should have team and people management experience.
  • Strong banking knowledge especially in retail and wealth segments.
  • Should be able to manage BAU team and should be hands-on when required to deliver critical & timebound projects.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in SQL (Data manipulation skills – created, maintained, retrieved tables )
  • 5+ years’ Experience in SAS
  • 3+ years’ experience in Python
  • Experience working in Hadoop or Spark
  • Experience working in ML / AI / ChatGPT
  • Experience on any visualization tool – MicroStrategy (or) PowerBI (or) QlikView (or) Tableau
  • Expertise in MS Excel ( VBA will be an added advantage )

Optional

  • Working knowledge of “Dataiku” platform through pySPark (or) Spark SQL
  • Domain knowledge in Banking and/(or) financial sector
  • Domain knowledge of Payments data
