Job Description
- Relationship Managers (T0/T1):
- Generate leads through cold calling and networking
- Conduct site visits and property tours
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Real estate experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Monday and Tuesday as fixed off days
- No capping on incentives
- Goal-based appraisals with clear growth paths
- Opportunity to work with a leading real estate platform
