Reference Data Analyst IV

Job Description

Party Reference Data Operations team manages and maintains reference data to ensure that our customers, employees, and lines of business are in adherence with firm standards and required regulations.

As a Reference Data Analyst within the Party Reference Data Operations team, you will manage and maintain Client reference data within the Party Central applications. This role involves liaising with requestors and business partners, conducting data analysis, and maintaining MIS reports, while valuing strong analytical skills and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations related to Party Central, focusing on setup, maintenance, and updates on client accounts.
• Validate and diligently review documentation
• Ensure requests are authorized and clearly understood before actioning.
• Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed without any misses
• Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping Management in the loop
• Act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Should manage training needs of the team along with ensuring completion of the mandatory targets
• Provide expertise on client hierarchies, ownership structures, and regulatory obligations.
• Support audit requirements with timely and accurate data retrieval and documentation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and control frameworks.
  
  

Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree and related business experience required
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or related industries including Reference Data or similar functions
• Ability to work independently and support the function
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and good Analytical Skills
• Flexible to shifts and should be able to deliver as a part of the team.
