Job description:
- Generate detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on client drawings and site conditions.
- Tender management,
- Perform material take-offs for steel components, cladding, lighting, and fixing systems.
- Track costs through project lifecycle and prepare progress billing statements.
- Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for custom signage and steel fabrication projects.
- Draft detailed 2D/3D designs and drawings using AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-ray software
- Revise drawings based on client feedback, structural calculations, or site changes.
- Generate drawings according to client request.
- Contract Administration.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- AutoCAD, Sketchup software knowledge
- Able to do multiple jobs without compromising the quality.
- Minimum 3 year experience
